Plano Shooter Had Blood-Alcohol Level 4 Times Legal Limit

Plano, TX (WBAP/KLIF) – Autopsy information has been released on a man who shot and killed his wife and seven friends last September.

The reports shows that 32-year old Spencer Hight, who opened fire at his ex-wife’s home had a blood-alcohol level 4 times the legal limit when he was killed by police.

Hight was killed at the scene of the shooting at the home on  West Spring Parkway.  He killed his ex-wife and 7 others during a Cowboys watch party.  Meredith Hight had filed for divorce 3 months earlier.

Spencer Hight was an alcoholic; his wife had told family members that she tried to get help for him for two years.
