Dallas (WBAP/KLIF) – Dallas Police are looking for the gunman who shot and killed an 18 year old woman Saturday afternoon in southeast Qak Cliff. Nequacia Jacobs was shot to death when she and her 16 year old sister looked out the window of their second story apartment to see what was causing a disturbance in the parking lot below them. Jacobs was killed. Her sister was also shot, but her injuries are not life-threatening.
The man who shot them for looking is described as a black male wearing a dark hoodie with a distinct logo on the back and writing on the sleeve. He was driving a 2005-2010 white Dodge Charger with tinted windows, a white rear spoiler, and black wheels.
