Dallas (WBAP/KLIF) – Dallas Fire-Rescue was able to pull a man to safety this morning after a passersby spotted him stranded in the risind water of a Dallas creek at I-75 and Forest Lane.
WFAA-TV’s Hannad Van Huss Davis was on the scene around 5:30 this morning:

There is rising water in sevearl locations across the metroplex. Motorists should exercise extreme caution.
