GARLAND (WBAP/KLIF) – A weekend apartment fire in Garland has resulted in the arrest of an arson suspect. According to a press release, 29-year-old Abdulsatar Abdulrahman was seen on surveillance video entering a unit at the Saturn Square Apartments around 10:30 am on Sunday. He was carrying two white bags, and a box inside. Moments later, flames erupt as he departs. As crews battled the blaze, he was arrested a few blocks away. 8 apartments were damaged during the two-alarm blaze, forcing those occupants to relocate. Abdulrahman has been charged with Felony Arson.
