DALLAS(WBAP/KLIF)- Eyes in downtown Dallas will focus in on Reunion Tower at the stroke of midnight on New Years for the second year of AT&T’s Streaming Lights at Reunion Tower fireworks display.
Katie Chaumont with Reunion Tower says the almost 10 minute show is the result of 15,000 lbs of fireworks and 500 man hours worth of design, construction and installation. And the fireworks have been weather protected to ensure that the show will go on.
“It is amazing team effort to get all of these effects up in the sky to ring in the new year in the central time zone.”
The show is free to the public and Chaumont encourages on lookers to bundle up and show up early to grab a spot along the Trinity River, as the lawn on Reunion Tower property is closed to the general public.
