WASHINGTON, D.C. (KLIF/WBAP) — A non-profit group is helping women across the country run for public office, and they’re doing it at a record pace.
“She Should Run” has a goal of getting 250,000 to run for office by the year 2030.
They’re well on their way. According to Axios, 369 women have either registered for or are interested in running for Congress in 2018.
That’s more than ever before.
The founder and CEO of “She Should Run,” Erin Loos Cutraro, joined Dave and Amy to talk about why the movement is so important.
