DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF News) — A Sanger man was killed Tuesday when the motorcycle he was driving in Denton was hit by wheels that popped off a big rig on Interstate 35.

The Forth Worth Star-Telegram has identified the motorcyclist as 23 year old Brady Burger. He was pronounced dead at the scene shortly after 1:30 p.m. A Toyota Camry was also hit by the truck tires that flew over a concrete divider from the northbound lanes into the southbound lanes where Burger and the Toyota were traveling. The two people in the car were not hurt.

Police interviewed the truck driver, who stopped after the accident occurred. Two lanes of I-35 were closed for nearly five hours for the investigation.
