Study: Managing “Generation Z” Can Be Challenging

DALLAS (KLIF/WBAP) — “Generation Z” could prove to be the most difficult group of people to manage yet. That’s if the results of a recent survey hold true.

The survey, from APPRise Mobile, showed that 26% of respondents think communicating with Gen Z will be difficult compared to older generations; 29% of respondents expect to have problems training them; and 16% also think Gen Z will negatively affect their company culture. Survey respondents said they have no plans to cater to Gen Z.

So how could all of this play out where you work? Dave & Amy talked to Workplace Culture Expert Bobby Albert for some answers.
