Dallas (WBAP/KLIF) – The National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws (NORML) says the fourth annual Dallas Marijuana March will take place Saturday afternoon in Dallas’ West End. It’ll begin with a gathering at the JFK Memorial Plaza on Main Street, followed by a short march to Dealey Plaza. Organizers say they’ll be marching partly to keep the pressure on for the legalization of marijuana, and partly to celebrate the new “cite and release” drug policy that goes into effect in Dallas County December 1st.
