Austin (WBAP/KLIF) – The Texas Education Commission says private charter schools that were hard hit by Hurricane Harvey will get state money to help them recover. Exactly how much they will get has not yet been determined. The Commission says it will be months before it has a hard estimate, but the total cost will certainly be more than $1 billion.
