Cowboys Linebacker Won’t Be Prosecuted

McKINNEY, Texas (AP) – Dallas Cowboys linebacker Damien Wilson won’t be prosecuted over a Fourth of July parking dispute in which he was accused of brandishing a rifle and threatening tailgaters. A Collin County grand jury has declined to indict Wilson, who was arrested on two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Prosecutors say Wilson was accused of backing his truck into a woman and threatening a man with a rifle outside Toyota Stadium in suburban Frisco.
