GRAPEVINE (WBAP/KLIF News) – The Grapevine Police Department said the man who allegedly made lewd comments toward two young girls inside a local Target store is believed to be linked to similar crimes in Plano.
“We have been in contact with law enforcement in Plano. They do have similar incidents to ours and we do believe it’s the same man,” said the department’s Amanda McNew.
Investigators have identified the man as 38-year-old Kenneth Dewayne Roblez of Dallas, a registered sex offender.
He’s wanted for a parole violation warrant.
“We do believe that he is a threat to the public,” said McNew .
She said the department is urging anyone who sees Roblez to call police.
