
ARLINGTON, TX. (WBAP/KLIF News) – The trial begins Monday for a man charged with shooting and killing someone after a Dallas Cowboys game two years ago will appear.
The murder trial for 28 year old Marvin Rodriguez begins this afternoon in Fort Worth. He’s charged with shooting 43 year old Richard Sells in the neck, he later died at a Fort Worth hospital. Police say in 2015 Rodriguez shot Sells while Sells was trying to break up a fight in the parking lot of AT&T Stadium in Arlington, following a game between the Cowboys and the Patriots.
Rodriguez has been on house arrest since a judge lowered his bail.
