Southlake (WBAP/KLIF) – A 49 year old swimming coach for the Carroll ISD has been indicted on criminal charges growing out of last year’s death of a 13 year old girl. The girl drowned during practice at the Carroll ISD Aquatics Center in Southlake. Tracey Boyd is charged with criminal negligence for abandoning or endangering a child in her care. If convicted she could be sentenced to two years in a state jail.
