DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF News) – Dallas Police are looking for a man wanted for murder after he allegedly dragged another man for more than a mile after stealing his car.
The department’s Officer DeMarquis Black said the victim tried to stop the thief from taking his red 1992 Pontiac on Wildwood Drive near Irving Monday night.
“While the suspect drove off in the victim’s vehicle. It appears that the victim attempted to regain possession of the vehicle by either jumping on the vehicle or through the window,” he said.
Black said the suspect eventually crashed the car and took off.
The victim later died at a Parkland hospital.
