Frisco (WBAP.KLIF) – The deputy mayor pro-tem for the city of Frisco has been arrested for Driving While Intoxicated. Tim Nelson was re-elected to a third term on the Frisco City Council in May. Nelson says he “respectfully disagrees” with the police officer who stopped him, and arrested him. He plans to “let it go through the legal process.”
