DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF) – Dallas Police have arrested a man who admits to his involvement in numerous sexual assaults.
23-year-old Sean Padilla is charged for the Aggravated Sexual Assault offense that occurred on July 18, in the 2900 block of Kendale Drive. Padilla was transported to the Dallas Police Department Headquarters and was interviewed. During the interview Padilla confessed to a total of five Aggravated Sexual Assault offenses. Four of the offenses occurred in the City of Dallas and one offense was committed in Garland.
Police say there were similarities in some of Padilla’s attacks.
“He approached the victims with a weapon,” said Deputy Chief Thomas Castro. “In two of the offenses we know there were children present. He committed the offense, took some property from the victims and then fled the location.
All five offenses happened between April 4 and July 18 of this year. The investigations are still ongoing and detectives are still actively working on the cases.
