Irving (WBAP/KLIF) – There almost certainly will be serious congestion Saturday morning in Irving when a new service station opens on Irving Boulevard south of the Airport Freeway. The owners of the 76 station plan to sell regular gasoline to their first 100 customers at 76 cents a gallon once they open their doors at 9:00 AM. Commuters who regularly travel that way are advised to expect delays.
