DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF) – John Wiley Price and his assistant have been ordered to pay legal fees.
In 2015 a Judge ruled legal fees for Price and Daphne Fain would primarily be paid by taxpayers because a large amount of their assets were seized. But, Fain has since be acquitted on all charges and Price has been acquitted on a bribery charge. A Federal Judge ruled Monday that the two can now pay their legal fees with the money that was seized.
Nearly half of a million dollars will be attributed to legal fees between Price and Fain. Price’s attorney says she will appeal the ruling.
