Dallas (WBAP.KLIF) – Dallas Police have arrested two more suspects as they continue to investigate the killing of 18 year old Oziel Garcia who was shot to death Tuesday night as he returned home from the Kaboom Town fireworks show in Addison. His pickup truck and credit cards were stolen by his killers. Kristi Starrett and her boyfriend, Deavian Hill, were arrested Saturday; Hill for capital murder, Starrett for using Garcia’s credit cards. A 15 year old suspect reportedly had confessed earlier to the murder and carjacking. He has also been arrested, but will not be identified because of his age.
