DALLAS-FORT WORTH (WBAP/KLIF News) If you’ve ever dreamed of flying over the traffic, that could soon become a reality. Uber selected Dallas-Fort Worth to test an on-demand air transportation service. The company will work with Fort Worth-based Bell helicopter to develop a network of electric aircraft that will take off and land vertically. They will also operate very quietly and likely reduce traffic congestion and pollution. Uber is hoping to start the testing in DFW by 2020.
