CVS is planning a $1 million renovation to a building at the northeast corner of 5th and Houston streets.

There’s just one glitch. The building’s current tenant, Ojos Locos Sports Cantina, said they’re not going anywhere.

The restaurant, which is one of eight across Texas, opened in 2011 and the Reach Restaurant Group’s CEO said their lease is effective through 2025.

Court documents show that the renovations are expected to begin in March and should be completed in July.

According to the Fort Worth Star Telegram, the building at 515 Houston Street is owned by Fossil Creek Land Partners and headed by managing partner Farukh Aslam.

The company is listed on the permit filed by CVS’ architecture firm for a required state review of plans to build the new pharmacy.
