DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF News) – Dallas Police said their Child Exploitation Unit has received numerous complaints about a man who has been exposing himself to young children.
The incidents started in November of 2015 and the latest occurred earlier this month.
Most of the incidents happened near apartment complexes close to the Medrano Middle School at 9815 Brockbank and the Burnet Elementary School at 3200 Kincaid Drive. He reportedly groped one of his victims.
He is Hispanic, about 5″ 8 inches tall, 150 pounds and is believed to be in his late 20’s. He’s usually on foot but may also be driving an older silver Chevy Malibu or gold pickup truck.
The department has beefed up patrols in the areas before and after school hours. They’re asking anyone with information to give them a call.
