Seagoville Home Targeted Twice by Armed Robbers in 17 Days, Suspects Caught on Camera

Seagoville (WBAP/KLIF News) – A Seagoville home was hit twice by armed robbers in 17 days. Police said surveillance video captured robbers climbing up a staircase in the October 18th and November 5th break ins.

In the first incident, a woman and her children were surprised by four men who busted through their unlocked front door and told them to lay on the floor.

One of the men demanded money and the woman’s purse before the robbers took off. The woman and her children were not injured.

Surveillance footage shows two suspects carrying what appeared to be handguns and their faces are covered. A third suspect is wearing a hoodie that he removed when he reached the top of the staircase.

A little over two weeks later, police were called to the same house after an alarm was tripped. Although there was evidence of a break in, the suspects were long gone.

Surveillance footage shows three different men, one of them carrying a high-capacity handgun, heading to the second floor. Only one of the suspects attempted to cover his face.

The family told police they don’t know why their home is being targeted. Investigators said they released the surveillance video as a matter of public safety.
