
(WBAP/KLIF News) Texas joins dozens of other states in the early voting process on Monday. Dallas County says it will open twice the number of polling locations than it had four years ago. A record number of Texans are registered to vote in next month’s election. Dallas County expects nearly twice the number of early votes this year than in 2012. Early voting locations will be open from 7am-7pm through November 4th. Election day is Tuesday, November 8th. You do need a photo ID to vote or the required paperwork explaining why you don’t have one.

A U.S. military ID card, current or expired 2012 or later

A U.S. citizenship certificate with photograph
