Keller (WBAP/KLIF News) – A phone call from the spouse of a teacher in Keller led officers to believe there was an active shooter at Indian Springs Middle School Wednesday morning.
The false alarm came one day after an active-shooter role playing scenario in a drama class made some parents concerned.
Police said the caller misread the text message from the teacher before alerting the authorities.
Neither police nor the school district confirmed whether the text came from the teacher who is being investigated for allegedly holding the controversial role-playing exercise during class.
