Dallas (WBAP/KLIF News) – Dallas police are looking for two suspects who allegedly attacked a woman on Katy Trail on September 16th around 10:30 p.m. They were caught on surveillance camera using the victim’s stolen credit cards.
The victim told police she was walking home on the trail near Knox Street when she was knocked down from behind and robbed of her purse. Investigators said cameras captured the suspects using the credit cards at multiple 7 Elevens within an hour of the attack.
The victim’s license was found in a dumpster along with another license stolen from a home in Highland Park that backs up to the trail. Police said that theft happened shortly after the Katy Trail attack but investigators are not sure if the crimes are connected.
The suspects were driving the truck pictured above. They are described as two Hispanic males, about 18 to 22 years old, 5’6″ to 5’10” inches tall with short black hair.
