COPPELL (WBAP/KLIF) – More than three million Texans have travel plans for the July 4th holiday.
That’s according to AAA and is up a little more than one percent compared to last year.
Analysts for the auto club credit lower gas prices for the increase.
The holiday period begins Thursday and ends late Monday.
Nationally, about 43 million Americans will travel somewhere for Independence Day.
