John Wiley Price Trial Delayed Again

John Wiley Price 5DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF) – Another delay in the public corruption trial of Dallas county commissioner John Wiley Price.

Testimony was scheduled to begin in September, but attorneys for price said they needed more time to review the government’s evidence in the case.

U-S district judge Barbara Lynn agreed and rescheduled the start until February of next year.

Price is accused of taking more than $900,000 dollars in bribes in exchange for county contracts. He’s entered a plea of not guilty.
