DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF) – Republican congressman Pete Sessions of Dallas is calling for an ethics investigation into actions by democrats on the house floor.
They staged a 26-hour “sit in” demanding a vote on legislation that would ban people on the terror watch list from purchasing firearms.
Sessions agrees with that, but said use of “Facebook” and “Periscope” to broadcast the demonstration after cameras in the chamber were turned off violated house rules.
He appeared on WFAA’s “Inside Texas Politics”. Cell phones are not allowed on the house floor.
