DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF) – The Dallas Police Department says 10 year old Nicholas Fierros Jr. who was the subject of an Amber Alert was located by a passerby at Ann Arbor Avenue and Frio Drive.
Police say the child was taken at gunpoint from the 800 block of Buick Avenue in a home invasion robbery at 12:30 Monday afternoon. The family reported the boy was found “safe” just after 7pm Monday evening.
The suspects are three black men. Police still ask that if you have information on this case, call 911 or the Dallas Police Department at (214) 671-4268.
