Police Identify Target ‘Peeping Tom’

Charles McKissackFRISCO (WBAP/KLIF News) – An arrest warrant has been issued for a man accused of recording an underage girl in a changing room at a Target store in Frisco.

Police are asking for the public’s help in locating Charles McKissack III, 29.

He’s from the Corsicana area, but he may be living in homeless shelters or on the streets.

Information from the Frisco Police Department:

The Frisco Police Department would like to thank the public for their help in identifying the suspect in this case. He is alleged to have used a cell phone to video or photograph a juvenile female in the female portion of the changing rooms at the Super Target store located at 3201 Preston Road, Frisco, Texas on Tuesday, May 3rd, 2016.

Once this story hit social media and was picked up by local news outlets, the Frisco Police Department immediately began receiving tips as to the identity of the suspect. Frisco Police Detectives used those tips to confirm the suspect is 29 year-old Charles Sidney McKissack III. McKissack often goes by the name of Chad and is originally from the Corsicana area. Information provided to detectives indicates McKissack is possibly transient in the DFW area and there is no vehicle information for him available at this time.

An arrest WARRANT has been issued for McKissack for Invasive Visual Recording, which is a State Jail Felony. Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is requested to contact the Frisco Police Department at (972) 292-6010.
