FORT WORTH (WBAP/KLIF) – “Affluenza” teen Ethan Couch is being given more freedom inside the Tarrant county jail.
Couch has been moved out of maximum security and into an area where he’ll have access to a t-v, fitness equipment and a lounge.
He’ll still have only limited contact with other prisoners.
Sheriff Dee Anderson says if any problems surface then he’ll re-think the issue.
Couch is serving two years after violating probation for a drunk driving crash in 2013 that killed four people.
