DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF News) – One Cuban American living in Dallas says he’s thrilled to see President Obama in his home country.
Ernesto Velez owns the Havana Cafe in Dallas. He says the President is very popular in Cuba.
“He’s even more popular than President Raul Castro and Fidel Castro according to a survey about it, last year. The Cuban people have been waiting for this moment.”
He calls the President’s visit a new beginning for the Cuban people.
