The Associated Press Speaks Out On Phone Records Controversy

The Associated Press is demanding that the Justice Department return the company's phone records and destroy all copies, saying the collection of the material amounts to a "massive and unprecedented intrusion." The Justice Department secretly obtained two months of telephone records of reporters and editors for The AP but has not said why.

The Interim General Counsel for the AP, Laura Malone, has spoken out about this issue in an exclusive interview with WBAP’s Ben Ferguson.  The interview will air tomorrow morning at 9 on WBAP.  You can hear it now, here.
