The Wade Emmert Show

Dallas County GOP Chair Wade Emmert began his service in politics at Abilene Christian University by joining the College Republicans. Soon after the birth of his first child, he served in Cedar Hill on the Economic Development Board and later as City Councilman and Precinct Chair coordinator.

As lead attorney representing State Representative Linda Harper-Brown, Wade developed the winning strategy to defeat the Democrats in a hotly contested ballot dispute. He also coordinated ballot integrity training and organization throughout Dallas County and led the fight to expose the election judge who used Wite-Out to change provisional ballots.

In 2009 Wade built a massive campaign for Dallas County Judge from the ground up organizing and leading an effective team almost taking the top job from the Democrats. Last spring he successfully ran for Dallas County GOP Chair and has begun the organizational work to win back Dallas County.

Wade is currently a partner in the law firm of Burford & Ryburn, L.L.P. practicing in corporate law and civil litigation.
