President Donald Trump, citing remarks he attributed to former Attorney General Eric Holder about expanding the Supreme Court, renewed his call Monday night for Republicans in Congress to “terminate the filibuster.”
In a post on Truth Social, Trump described Holder as an “Obama sycophant” and said he had “emphatically stated” Democrats would “PACK the Supreme Court of the United States if they get the chance.”
Trump wrote that Holder wanted “21 Radical Left Activist Judges,” rather than the “15 that they were seeking,” and warned such a move would “destroy our Constitution.”
