ARLINGTON (WBAP/KLIF News) – The Arlington City Council voted Tuesday to move ahead with a proposed replacement ballpark for the Texas Rangers.
Members unanimously agreed to refer the $1 billion proposal to voters in the November General Election.
That’s the first step in a two-step process.
Council intends to reaffirm the decision at its next meeting, and that would put the proposal on the November 8th ballot.
