Dallas (WBAP)/KLIF) – The passenger in a speeding car was killed early Saturday morning in Dallas when the driver lost control while traveling eastbound on Lindsley Avenue. He hit a telephone pole, then bounced off a tree, and finally smashed into a fence lining the driveway of a house. Somewhere in all of that the passenger who was sitting in the back seat was ejected. He was dead at the scene. Police say the driver will be charged with criminally negligent homicide.
