Gunshot Victim Rings Doorbells for Help

PLANO (WBAP/KLIF News) – A call about a suspicious person in Plano leads officers to a man with a gunshot wound.

Police were called to a neighborhood near Coit Road and Headgcoxe around 11:00 p.m. Sunday after several people reported a disturbance.

A 23-year-old man was found bleeding in a car. Investigators said he had gone door-to-door looking for help. He was taken to the hospital where he’s expected to survive.
