ROCKWALL (WBAP/KLIF News) – The Rockwall City Council has rejected a plan to require people to use the public restroom that corresponds with their birth gender.
The Rockwall County District Attorney spoke in favor of the plan during Monday night’s meeting.
The mayor moved to approve the ordinance, but no members of council seconded the motion.
