MCKINNEY (WBAP/KLIF News) – The trial of a man charged with kidnapping a woman in Plano two years ago went deep into testimony on Thursday.
Enrique Arochi is the last person Christina Morris was seen with on August 30, 2014. Surveillance cameras at the Shops of Legacy in Plano captured the pair walking into a parking garage.
Witnesses ranged from Christina Morris’ father and friends to a couple of Plano police officers.
Forensics teams found there was no evidence of any kind found in the garage. Morris’ DNA was found in Arochi’s car, according to investigators.
The defense has steered a lot of questioning toward Morris’ then-boyfriend, Hunter Foster. He’s currently in federal prison on drug charges.
Foster was scheduled to testify Thursday, but pleaded the fifth to avoid incriminating himself on additional drug charges.
The defense showed text messages of Morris asking Foster for drugs on the night she went missing.
