DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF) – A former Dallas accountant who was convicted of killing his nine and six-year-old daughters 15 years ago will be executed.
A judge Friday found 61-year-old John Battaglia sane enough to be put to death.
Three of four psychologists who testified this week say he is not fit to be executed, saying he’s deeply rooted in conspiracy theories and suffers from delusional disorder.
The judge though says Battaglia will be executed next month.
