(WBAP/KLIF) In a press conference Wednesday morning, Dallas ISD Superintendent Michael Hinojosa spoke to the media on the voters outcome of Dallas County Schools. Dallas County Schools is the bus transportation system for DISD and 12 other Texas School Districts, including Carrollton ISD, Grand Prairie ISD and Aledo ISD. Superintendent Hinojosa says changes are already underway: “The Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts and his team will appoint a committee a disillusion within the next three days. This disillusion committee will meet for the first time on November 15th. That entity will follow the Texas Open Meeting Act to the ‘T’.” Dallas County Schools has been under fire for recent financial troubles and the behavior of its drivers.
