(WBAP/KLIF) — The Colony is getting a much-needed housing solution.
Dallas-based apartment developer J-P-I has started construction on almost 300-unit complex in The Colony called Jefferson Grandscape II.

The nearly $78 million project, financed in partnership with Nebraska Furniture Mart and QuadReal, is set to open in January 2028.
The complex will offer a mix of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units in the growing Grandscape area.
the new community aims to meet the rising demand for housing in the region and provide convenient access to the Sam Rayburn Tollway.
