Family Seeks Justice in Walmart Employee Death

One Fort Worth family is seeking justice for the death of their loved one who was killed while working at a Walmart Distribution Center.

On February 16th, 68-year-old Elena Rios died after being crushed between a forklift and a pallet rack while at her job.

She was a 10-year Walmart employee.

Her family says the store didn’t call to inform them until hours later, after they had already learned of her death through media outlets and her coworkers.

Now, four weeks have passed, and they still don’t have answers. They say they’ve also been getting conflicting stories as to what exactly happened.

Rios’ family is asking anyone with information on her death to call Varghese Summersett Law at 817-207-4878. They have also created a webpage where anyone can submit information at https://versusinjury.com/answers-for-elena-rios/
