A cold front will move through North and Central Texas this afternoon with scattered showers and thunderstorms expected to develop along it. A few of these storms will be severe with damaging winds being the main threat. Some instances of severe hail will also be possible.

Showers and thunderstorms likely, mainly before 10pm. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 66. South wind 5 to 10 mph becoming north after midnight. Chance of precipitation is 60%. New rainfall amounts between a half and three quarters of an inch possible.
