Dallas Police Officer Arrested

The Colony (WBAP/KLIF) – A Dallas Police officer has been arrested in The Colony. John Vasquez Jr. was booked into The Colony jail Sunday on charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, family violence, and driving while intoxicated. Other charges may be pending. Vasquez is accused of assaulting a woman with whom he had a “dating relationship.” He has been placed on administrative leave pending the outcome of an internal affairs investigation.
