Governor Abbott addresses Texans from the UPS Distribution Center in Austin.
The Governor begins by thanking front line health care workers for their service and noting they will be one of the first in the state to be vaccinated.
Other top officials in attendance included Texas Division of Emergency Management Chief Nim Kidd and Texas Department of State Health Services Commissioner John Hellerstedt, MD.
