Texas Hovering Around 100,000 COVID-19 Cases

(WBAP/KLIF) — Texas has just under 100,000 cases of COVID-19 and over 2,100 deaths. The Metroplex has nearly 28% of the state’s total with close to 28,000 infected residents.  Nearly 600 North Texans have died of the Coronavirus.

Dallas county had 392 additional cases and five new deaths, bringing the county-wide total to over 15,500 with 307 deaths.

Tarrant county is one shy of 8,100 cases after 277 new cases were reported and a total of 205 deaths.  Denton and Collin counties are hovering around 2,000 cases each with 87 newly infected patients and a combined total of 74 deaths.
